Define
Implement techniques to define the needs of the stakeholders.
Defining Techniques
I took part in different defining techniques like for exapmle brain writting, COCD box etc. So that my team and I could set a direction in our design process.
Co-creation
To define the need and wants of the target group I inforced various tests, for example a co-creation session or a A-B test where i could extract what the user wanted.
Visualization.
To inform the client of the concepts we had come up with and also insights we had discovered during the discover and define phase. I made a research and a concept poster as visual support for presentations.
Design
During the design phase. I made sure that i designed with the user in mind and also my team. The design had to fit the needs of the user but also fit in the NRC+ as one body and not a separate feature.



Deliver
After six moths of hard work and sleepless nights, it was time to unveil the NRC+ app. The application prototype was presented in a exposision in which we would meet different professionals of the industry and also the client it self. To me was honored the role to visualize the concept in a unique way so that anyone who came by our stand could understand the concept in one time.
I am very happy for the way everything went and proud of what i have accomplished with my team
