Solution
Couples of Lovantic will have the most romantic ride of their life in The Hague .Visiting romantic locations and having a driver/ photographer at their service during the whole trip.
Discover
I started off with deskresearch and fieldresearch. I hereby compared the information i could dig up online and also what the users would want. As a result I created a visual with key information and insights and also build a parsona which would help me stay connected with the user while defining and designing.
Define
By knowing the needs of the stakeholders. I moved on to creating Design Principles and setting the tools needed to make the concept come alive. To make the concept realistic and usable.
During the design phase. I made sure that i designed with the user in mind and also my team. The design had to fit the needs of the user but also fit in the NRC+ as one body and not a separate feature.
Deliver
After two intense weeks of research and design, the time arrived to present what i have created. I did this with help of a concept poster. The goal of the poster was to inform the client of the steps made and also showcase the ins and outs of the concept.
